On the expense front, you can set up the approval workflow as it is done in your organization. This workflow can be customized easily. In this freeware version of the tool, you can support only up to five users. This is a true for both the versions of the tool are available in. It is available for installation on your local network and server also. Alternately you could use the version hosted on the cloud.
The program makes for timely and accurate billing. Project management people can be alerted through emails on any status change events happening and you are able to feel the pulse of your business’s financial health at any time. The integration with Quickbooks helps your accounting process too. This has a simple interface and is quite intuitive. Most users would be able to get productive very quickly. The controls are also well laid out. The controls are intuitive so that most users will be able to figure out what to do and how to do it. This is a very good product.
